Briefly explain the wiring method of the electric contact pressure gauge.
Firstly, let’s take a look at the appearance of the electric contact pressure gauge. It usually has a red and black pointer, as well as a pressure conducting tube and a pressure sensitive element. Among them, the pressure sensitive component is the core of the electric contact pressure gauge, which directly contacts the measured pressure. Therefore, we need to install it upstream of the equipment.
Next, let’s take a look at the wiring process of the electric contact pressure gauge. Firstly, connect the “common terminal” of the electrical contact pressure gauge to the power socket, and the other end to the equipment that needs to be measured (such as a regulator, solenoid valve, etc.). Next, insert the wiring terminal of the “pressure sensitive component” into the “measurement terminal” of the electrical contact pressure gauge and connect it to the “varistor” terminal of the equipment. Finally, insert the other end into the ignition terminal of the electrical contact pressure gauge to achieve pressure measurement and control.
It should be noted that when connecting the electric contact pressure gauge, it is necessary to ensure that the “measurement terminal”, “ignition terminal”, and “common terminal” are connected correctly, otherwise it may cause the electric contact pressure gauge to malfunction. Meanwhile, to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, it is recommended to calibrate the relevant instruments before using the electric contact pressure gauge.
